I just want to take a moment to recognise two people who went above and beyond tonight. A huge thank you to Rael from AAA Locksmiths. After watching the rugby, I was exhausted, and being locked out of your apartment is, quite frankly, a real pain! I waited no more than about 15 minutes, and R arrived and had me back inside in an incredibly short time. Absolutely like Superman! I was going to take a photo of R, but he wouldn’t let me — which is probably a good thing because he’s clearly better at locksmithing than posing for photos! 😂 I also want to give a very special mention to Sherna from Accommodation Centre, who has been absolutely excellent throughout. The way she has looked after me has been exceptional, and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for her. I do a lot of charity work and have had the privilege of working with some wonderful organisations and people, including Discovery, and when I come across people who genuinely do the right thing and take pride in looking after others, I believe they deserve to be recognised. R and Sherna — you are exactly the kind of people I believe we should surround ourselves with: people who do what’s right, who care, and who simply get the job done. Thank you both. Today had Rael from AAA Locksmiths out to install a biometric smart lock and a door closer, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ll be the first to admit that I am incredibly fussy and have very high expectations when it comes to work being done on my property. However, Rael’s work was absolute perfection. He was incredibly meticulous, paying attention to the smallest details that others might have overlooked. It was clear throughout the process that he was doing everything to the very best of his ability, and it shows in the final result. The biometric hardware is seamless, the door closer is perfectly calibrated, and the entire installation looks and functions flawlessly. It truly couldn’t have turned out any better. If you are looking for a professional who takes real pride in their craft, ask for Rael. I am beyond pleased with the job!

AAA locksmiths came out and saved the day. My backdoor was locked and both main key and spare keys were damaged and we couldnt open the door. I called AAA locksmiths and they came out within 20 minutes. Within no time the door was opened and they fit a new lock mechanism in the door giving me two new spare keys. They even sanded the door so that it opens and closes easily as we needed to use force to open and close the door, now we can close the door with one finger. Very impressed with the service, highly professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you for saving the day!

I cannot believe how efficient AAA Locksmith’s is! I needed an entire lock replaced and multiple keys made and wow what a pain free and efficient process! Abu and Rael were fantastic to deal with and assisted me on the day that I called. The overall process of replacing the lock and cutting new keys for another door (which was done on site) took a total of 10 minutes! I’m seriously impressed! The pricing is very reasonable especially when the service and efficiency were so good! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family and I were locked in and they came out within 10 mins and fixed not only one of our gates but a 2 cillinder one which we had not opened for a year. Demonstrated tremendous amount of patience, dedication to sorting out the problem and listened to instructions when entering the house as we were unable to open it. We had a break in and fortunately they did not get into the safe after destroying the locking mechanism, the professional by the name of Kobus was very professional kept in communication and got into the safe so I could recover and move everything to a new location.
